So the last few times in the gym I’ve been trying to figure out how to bench press if you’ve got really short arms. I can’t
quite work out what works for my body type when I work out. Also, the preacher curl is one the best arm exercises. I’ve been trying out over the past 2 months or so and have been getting a great pump out of it. I’ve been working on my exercise technique, and it’s really helping me get better gains.
it’s nothing special or new but they keep me from getting bored in the gym.
